Today the ice had to be manufactured in our Freezer…I couldn’t be bothered to jog down to the local ‘offie’ to buy a bag of ice cubes! Plus I now have to produce for 2 ouch brrrrrrr…!

Lil Sol challenged the dad to do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge…his point it dad should have lead by example. If he the lil son can do it so should dad! He challenged him to be the leader…from behind lol!

Oops Iam a girl…Am allowed to scream though! I am actually very proud of him doing this challenge & that it’s for a great cause is awesome indeed! He is so proud of himself having done it before his dad i.e. lead!

Are you a Natural Leader?

In order to be a leader you have to position yourself as one! You have to give of yourself freely, Your Time, Your knowledge, Skills to start with anyway, share value always…I can’t say this enough. It’s been said by most leaders in the industry. As you share value, people will take note and start to tune into what you have to say. As you keep sharing value, you are inadvertently building your brand…You may as well build it systematically. Your brand is what you must promote in the long run.

Dont You dare Laugh....May Be you should :)

Yesterday I literally Fell over…now before you start wondering how, where, what, just read on…Yesterday we went to a music festival in Sefton park and boy were the grounds wet, from days of summer rain, but the sun put in an appearance all the same and we Brits are fine with whatever weather shows up, we just Keep Calm & Go to a Park :)
In the course of the afternoon, I decided I was still great at doing cartwheels, in heels…yeah yeah stupid I know but tell me the company you keep and I could predict your next actions…. I was with a bunch of pre-teens egging me on to show them I still got it…the cart wheeling malarkey… silly me I had told them I was a grad mistress at cartwheels…adults show off bah!

Dont get dragged into Kids’ play… definitely have a child’s mind to try new stuff always

Suffice to say I rose to the challenge to show em what I got and …you guessed. I fell flat on my face…probably in some old dog do…aaaarrrrggg aren’t Parks where dogs are taken for walks and they do their crapping…. aishhh :( . You should have seen me take off to find some water to wash my face, Usain Bolt would have been envious. I then emptied my anti- bacterial hand gel to make double sure I don’t go blind from dog do…it’s been known to blind people …Geez the useless info we learn from google eh! Errrrrr…don’t laugh so hard I got lots of that, But I chose to laugh with the bunch of lil philistines with me! But seriously I enjoyed myself and so did the children, so much so that, we are going back today No cartwheels for me thank you!!!

Didn’t I ask you not to laugh… Ohh heck go ahead and laugh, I do too when I see a full grown adult fall flat on their face, monkeying about…sad but true!
It wasn’t always the case, having time out with family! A few years back on a Saturday, I would have been working a long day shift or asleep readying myself for a 12hr night shift…! Weekends used to be double pay in Support Work and I would usually take at least a shift or 2 to make extra money for the family. So Mon – Fri, I was working in Social Housing 9-5 suited and booted looking the bees-nees. While on weekends I would get my “nurses uniform” out and go do some support work…Suffice to say my children saw very little of me, I was a walking Zombie, tired. No scratch that, I was exhausted off my legs, ….my marriage wasn’t getting much “bow chica wow wow” …. and I missed home like a bugger!
I knew something bad to give sooner or later, but I didn’t know what to do, neither did my husband, short of packing up and heading back to good Ole Kampala and I start from scratch yet again as a Legal practitioner…This was supposed to be the plan…but 10yrs down the road, with children who knew no other home but UK, was it practical!
So trust me I was literally saved by the much maligned and misunderstood industry, Online/Internet Marketing. I can tell you now none of the above fun and monkeying around would have been possible if I hadn’t got into Online marketing & after a few failed attempts at making money, I have learnt how to build and manage my list.
I will say this again, and I know it’s been bandied about lots. The money is in the list…but I believe & this is a proviso…the money is in How you Manage that list!

OUTWITTED by THE ALIENS in MY HOUSE....MONOPOLY!!!

So we decided to pull out our Monopoly board this Sunday ours is an Exclusive Edition Liverpool Monopoly board and my daughter is determined to dominate The City :) . She is quietly competitive while my son wears it all on his sleeve. My daughter said very confidently, Iam going to beat you both whatever it takes…! I was feeling quietly superior & smug as I usually win…..! The son said I learnt from our last game so you won’t be beating me today mom…! I thought Ohh my goodness what have I created. BUT I love seeing them confident and being in a state of competitiveness in a good way. I like to teach my children about business through games. I always link our activities to how much value they add to our lives and encourage them to see them that way while enjoying family time too. I am also doing all I can to teach my teenage daughter and pre-teen son about money and how to manage their finances at an early stage because I definitely did not learn about financial management in school and I don’t want my children learning the pitfalls in a way that is painful. So preparation is half the battle!

Some will say my children must have a boring life…ha! I beg to differ. In the quest to teach them about finances and prepare them for a life outside the corporate world, they have traveled to more places than most children their age or adults. It’s part of our strategy to teach them about life, they are very good savers. But not for the sake of saving but listen to this, they want to invest their savings in something of value and they are already investors online…! My son helps me shoot the short training videos I do and always gives me very interesting tips on how best to present myself sometimes! My daughter guides me and shows me how certain apps work, how to create certain pages and I believe she will be a formidable business woman, she is already a player @

But back to Monopoly.... our game lasted 5 hrs…and I can tell you I never played more determined people than I did yesterday. Can the force please bring back my children. These 2 were like driven fiends, I was taxed and blocked at every monopoly I tried to start! Meanwhile they worked as a team like a mini joint venture to get their first monopolies set up and started buying houses to boot and guess who landed on their asset rich points and paid...Yours truly!
I was feeling ganged upon yet very proud :) . They looked at me with such innocence asking me what I meant when I asked them if they had planned this! I played on & finally lost it all in the 3rd hour… completely bankrupt L …!!!Thank God it was a game wow! Then I watched them play each other. Once mom was out, it was like all gloves were off. My daughter had purchased 2 hotels for her most expensive land. That’s what had got me out, i.e. landing on her Hotels twice wiped me out! Remember they had made sure I had no monopoly so every time they landed on mine they paid peanuts. Yet every time I stopped over at their properties I paid premium! Not counting the number of times I ended up in jail or landed at the “Pay Income tax,” just 4 paces past “GO” & missed out on my $200 pay. It was like a force was against me lol! BUT I know it was all down to me…”underestimating my opponents!” BIG Mistake that we adults do every time, and I will not be making again!

I watched them play on for a bit. My daughter proceeded to buy houses for all the monopolies she had won off me and literally blocked her brother systematically and determinedly. He had only 1 monopoly and was no match for her 4. He soon mortgaged every property he had and still got into more debt as he kept landing on her properties. Suffice to say he too lost all to her! This girl is one heck of a tough player & negotiator. I was one proud parent as I watched her obliterate her brother, yet was feeling his pain as he tried every which way to negotiate a time delay on his debt to her…! She was a gracious winner as well as she gave both of us a hug afterword’s and empathized with us. What made me extra proud was their promise to be more observant, learn more & do their very best to put into practice the "Monopoly" lessons in life!!!

So what has this got to do with everything??? I literally was thinking if this was real life I would hate to be in his or my shoes, coz I am naturally competitive! That’s why I have my fingers in a few pies, the newest one being a program that has cut through Alexa rankings like a knife through butter

DO MONKEYS EAT BANANAS?...YES....SO ANYONE CAN MAKE MONEY ONLINE!

Today I am not going to couch my words with a personal story or anything. Today I am Here to Challenge people that think they cannot make money online and actually believe that those that do earn must be scammers! And Of course go about spreading the Not So Good un-informed news! The Qn is If People don't honestly make money online, do monkeys eat bananas? The Qn is moot.............We do make money online and do it with integrity.

Ohh Yes Many Have Got an excuse as to why they wont even try and if they do, they start to fall back to their excuses ...I can't make money online, its too much hard work! Indeed the excuses or reasons as they like to call them May Sound perfectly valid, reasonable and acceptable to them and Others of the same mind-set! Well I beg to differ and even my 15 Year Old agrees with me because guess what, she too is making money online in a way most of you wouldn’t begin to imagine! And can I also say that most 6-7 figure earners Do Not Allow “Reasonable Excuses” to stop their UnTypical Success!

Some people blame their age. Are you one of them, blaming your age or circumstances on why you are not succeeding online? Well Irene & Jerry Are Pensioners who have embraced the challenges of creating an extra stream of income on-line and they Won’t Let Anything stop them.

You see it doesn't matter what your age is, what your technical skills or level of education is, what kind of job you have or had in the past, or where you come from, none of that matters! In fact someone once said something like “only in online marketing can one come from jail to wealth” in other words your background doesn’t matter! Absolutely nothing will Happen if you don’t have a Change of Mind-set & start looking for & working with people who make the kind of income you want to make and I mean really following their mentoring or ideas or strategies and heck if you can WORK with them directly, don’t even hesitate! You get the difference? You can Join people or a program and work with them…(They aren’t obliged to help you succeed) Or you can partner with them and do as they do i.e. work with them in this case there is an unofficial and sometimes an official commitment to support You to success. Paul & I are committed to WORK with people who chose to work with us.

If you don't have a step by step plan to follow and only do what you can, when you can, in your own good time. A hobby in other words…you are in the wrong Place my friend! You need to have someone there to help you and jump thru hoops with you to improve your chances of success. That’s the beauty of making money online. You are never alone and if you choose right you will be in profit in a shorter time frame than most people who openly boast about earnings they haven’t even begun to make online! Faking it till it happens is Not a good Idea. Do it and work it until it happens Is a better plan.

Let me ask you something, if your son wanted to learn how to play soccer & seems to have a natural talent for it, what would you do? One of two things. You can let them play out on the streets or fields, with his mates and gambling & figuring it out their way to …. who knows! Possibly giving it up in the end, OR you can find A coach even if it means travelling a lil therefore giving your son half a chance to develop that talent and cut his journey to success in half. This makes sense to me…does it make sense to You?

HAVING A HARD TIME LETTING GO ---?? DON’T BE, LIFE IS TOO SHORT!

I see my children and I remember how it was. I keep pushing them to get rid of what they dont need anymore, to give away to charity old toys they dont play with anymore...I look at their faces when they say its special...to them!!! Oh does this ring a bell with anyone?

When I was younger I used to hold onto everything, hoarding like a lil old lady. My teddies, not that I had many (hand me downs from the market) were bedraggled from being handled and squashed to death, grubby and well-loved for sure. Letting go of these was hard esp. when my mom insisted that I hand over one to a visiting cousin or family friend. It was always tears & tantrums…! As I grow older, I’ve learnt to let go of many “toys”, but by gosh I can’t seem to let go of My Handbags and Shoes! Maybe because my shoe size will never change now that I am an adult and good leather handbags grows better with age :) or so I tell myself.

And that brings me to something called Sunk Cost Syndrome (SCS). This is when we invest ourselves in something. And start to view that thing differently somehow simply because we're invested in it; or feel "obliged" to stick it out! This is more so with regards to the professional and business world. If we are not careful, the Hoarding and Hanging on for dear life can drag us down if we hang on for far too long...! We must know when to hang in there, when to adjust and When To Let Go, it can be the difference between $10,000+ in our bank or $0 …Yes :(

The above can be demonstrated in various ways: when we are in a bad even abusive or toxic relationship and we convince ourselves that the other person will change if we but show them some more love or “Stick it out”…!!!

Many times I have gone to the movies or watched a TV program where the first 30mins are simply awful! Guess what I do? Well I very rarely get up and leave, I literally watch it to the end and moan about how bad it was, another 40mins, or hour of my life wasted…WHY!!! Because mentally I have invested in the movie, program, action. I have this compulsion to complete what I started. From the movie I want to feel like I got value for my money, I paid to watch the drivel didn’t I…!!!! BUT MUST I?

I have shoes that I bought 5 years ago, Some are really well worn, seriously I should take them to a charity shop. I have T-shirts I bought when I visited wherever 7 years ago, with tears from then washer, faded old out of fashion, But hey I still think they are worth £500 to me…why coz I’m invested in these things EMOTIONALLY! I have taken ownership of these things which could be worthless to other for all I know. Mind you I am not beating down on people keeping things they have attached emotional value to or have memories vested in them. In fact If we all got rid of everything we find useless, we would wipe out history!

BUT and this is a Big BUT, in some areas Holding on for dear life can prove to be a BAD Move, toxic even. In Business it can make or break a person or a company. Evolving is normal, Change is natural, growth is supposed to be the target of every business man/woman/entity. If growth is not happening then Change must Ensue, even if that change means DROPPING IT!

For instance: I set up a website, or have a project I've been working on. I have been at it for years and still never made a dime out of it…! SHOULD ANYONE CARRY ON LIKE THAT? I say NO. It’s time to Cut Your Losses and Move on. Don’t hang on to that “Toy” it’s not worth it if all it does is drain your energy, finances, emotions, time, life! If this is your scenario…put an end to it Now! The thing is, you've been at it for years and it's still not profitable. STOP Burning your cash or throwing good money after bad!

Oh yes I know ….You're fully invested in it. Well I know it's tough to just up and abandon it. But sometimes we've got to get past the emotions and simply move on. WHY? Because the past is gone, we can never take it back, we must learn from it and CHANGE. The future is what matters. So YES You can choose to stop anything TODAY right now! If a business Or a strategy hasn't been working for you... Then it's time to cut the cord and try something new that May actually work! Let go and allow your hands to receive something new!

Many people struggle online for years, making very little to nothing, the odd hit here and there, but nothing to write home about! I say it’s time to Try This:
